About the Role

The Human Resource Executive will be responsible for performing HR-related duties and will work closely with the regional HR team to support the Esri Bangladesh to achieve ongoing success.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Efficiently execute the workforce plans, track progress and measure success.
  • Identify talent that meets the requirements of the position and aligns with the culture and goals of the organization.
  • Manage the entire recruitment process and achieve timely closure.  Keep track of onboarding plans and progress.
  • Assist in administration of performance management programs.
  • Collaborate with department managers to identify training needs and develop learning objectives.
  • Identify external training opportunities, conferences, and workshops to support employee development goals.
  • Stay up to date with local employment laws and regulations. Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in HRIS.
  • Prepare reports and analytics on HR metrics, such as turnover and headcount.
  • Assist in HR projects and initiatives as needed.

You demonstrate a strong understanding of HR principles and practices and can handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.

You must be an enthusiastic and resilient team player who can effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve common goals.

To be successful in this role you will also bring:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources Management or related fields such as Business Management with a HR component.
  • Minimum of five-years successful experience in HR roles, with a focus on recruitment, employee relations and HR administration.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
