Responsibilities & Context
- Recruit and onboard factory workers, marketing staff, and support staff.
- Maintain employee records (attendance, leave, performance, etc.).
- Handle staff grievances and resolve conflicts.
- Monitor and evaluate employee performance.
- Assist in payroll preparation with relevant employee data.
- Manage HR documentation including contracts and warnings.
- Record basic sales, purchases, and expenses.
- Handle accounts receivable and payable.
- Prepare simple monthly cash flow and expense reports.
- Maintain petty cash and banking transactions.
