BBA/MBA in (HRM, Management, or equivalent).
Excellent english writing and communication skills.
Advanced level proficiency in MS office suite. (Especially in MS Excel and google spreadsheets).

Job Context:

The Human Resource Officer is responsible for ensuring the dissemination and implementation of the Human Resources policies and practices. Provide general day-to-day HR services to the field-based employees.

Job Responsibilities:

Assist in recruitment & Selection Process that includes job advertisement, CV Screening, scheduling interviews, maintaining interview records.
Prepare job description and specifications for the entire department.
Conduct background check, reference check and verify identity before confirming employment.
Maintain employee records including personal file, leave, attendance, etc.
Provide ID card, Visiting card to the employees in a timely manner.
Management equipment stock inventory, ensuring availability and proper distribution.
Maintain up-to-date records of office equipment/devices allocated to the employees.
Any other tasks assigned by the management.
