Responsibilities & Context

Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Manager to lead our human resources function. In this role, you will drive HR strategies, manage end-to-end HR operations, and contribute to the overall business goals. The ideal candidate is someone with a passion for people management, talent acquisition, strategic thinking, and a deep understanding of HR best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company’s objectives.
  • Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and employee development processes.
  • Manage employee relations, handle grievances, and ensure a positive workplace culture.
  • Lead performance management initiatives, including appraisals and feedback systems.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
  • Drive employee engagement initiatives and retention programs.
  • Oversee payroll, compensation, and benefits administration.
  • Facilitate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
  • Provide HR metrics and analysis to senior management for informed decision-making.
  • Develop and maintain policies and procedures to ensure consistency across the organization.
