Responsibilities & Context

• Plan & develop recruitment policies and participate in the recruitment & selection process.
• Maintain & develop organizational hierarchy.
• Staffing of all departments as per company requirements.
• Create & design organizational development strategies.
• Handle employee grievances and other personnel-related issues.
• Design employee motivation policy & salary survey.
• Design & implement SOP for HR.
• Manage the reward process.
• Prepare & supervise all HR-related documentation, i.e. appointment letter, confirmation letter, designation change letter, etc.
• Monitor personnel files and supervise the preparation of timesheets & leave applications.
• Update & monitor the employee orientation process.
• Supervise performance evaluation.
• Monitor HR advertisements both in printed media and on the website.
• Preparing different presentations, organization charts, & HR-related analysis.
• Any other task assigned by management.
