Additional Requirements

  • Proven ability to manage tasks independently, enforce policies, and communicate clearly.
  • Strong interpersonal skills; must be confident in dealing with senior staff, including doctors and department heads.
  • High integrity, discipline, and a genuine interest in healthcare administration.
  • Willingness to be based in or relocate to Cumilla.
  • Proficiency in English is a must.

Responsibilities & Context

About the Role:

CD Path & Hospital Pvt. Ltd., a growing multidisciplinary hospital in Comilla, is seeking a capable, self-motivated HR Executive to establish and manage the human resource operations of the hospital. This is a foundational role, ideal for someone who is confident working independently, has strong recruitment instincts, is highly skilled in computer systems, and is passionate about instilling professionalism and structure in a healthcare setting.

The selected candidate will play a key role in setting up systems, managing personnel records, sourcing doctors and nurses, tracking staff performance, and promoting workplace discipline across clinical and administrative units.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment & Talent Sourcing: Source and onboard skilled professionals across all departments, including doctors, nurses, diagnostics, and non-clinical support roles. Build a pipeline of qualified candidates and manage the full recruitment lifecycle.
  • Attendance, Roster & Payroll Support: Maintain daily attendance records, update duty rosters, track leave, overtime, and ensure accurate coordination with accounts for salary processing.
  • Discipline & Code of Conduct: Monitor punctuality, dress code, and behavior across departments. Issue verbal and written warnings when necessary in consultation with admin.
  • Employee Records & Documentation: Maintain a structured HR filing system: digital and physical, including employee profiles, joining letters, contracts, ID card records, resignation letters, and warning memos.
  • Training Coordination: Assist in organizing weekly training sessions, maintain attendance logs, and collaborate with department heads on staff development plans.
  • Culture Building & Standardization:Promote respectful communication, clean uniform practices, structured shift handovers, and SOP-based operations to establish a corporate-style hospital culture.
  • Reporting & Collaboration: Submit weekly HR activity reports directly to senior leadership. Act as the central HR contact for ICU, NICU, Dialysis, Pathology, Admin, and other units.
