Responsibilities & Context

Fakir Knitwears Ltd, a reputed 100% export-oriented Knit Composite Garments factory is looking for a talented, experienced, dynamic, potential candidate as HR Officer / Senior Officer (Strategic HR) for its factory located at Kayempur, Fatullah, Narayanganj.

  • Assist in developing and implementing strategic HR initiatives that align with business goals and enhance organizational effectiveness.

  • Use advanced Excel skills to prepare HR reports, track employee data, analyze trends, and provide insights for HR decision-making.

  • Create and deliver engaging presentations for HR initiatives, training sessions, and leadership meetings.

  • Draft clear and professional internal communication, including HR policies and employee engagement initiatives.

  • In the performance appraisal process, including tracking and reporting on employee performance metrics.

  • Design, coordinate, and execute training programs aimed at improving employee skills, performance, and development. Assess training needs and evaluate program effectiveness.

  • Support the development and implementation of employee engagement programs and initiatives.
