Education

Bachelor/Honors
04 Years Graduation in any business discipline preferably in HRM/Management from a reputed university. Professional degree or certifications in HRM will be preferred.

Experience

At least 8 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Banks

Organizational Development & Change Management: Leads and supports workforce planning and change management initiatives to help the organization adapt and grow. 

HR Expertise: Provides expert advice on various HR topics, including compensation, benefits, legal compliance, and employee relations. 

Data Analysis: Analyzes HR metrics and data to provide insights and inform strategic decision-making. 

Employee Engagement: Focuses on driving employee engagement, supporting staff development, and enhancing the overall employee experience. 

Policy & Compliance: Advice on HR policies, ensures compliance with regulations, and helps implement HR programs effectively. 

Cultural Leadership: Works to shape and drive the organizational culture to support business objectives.
