To ensure regular floor visit to monitor employees’ activities and movement for respective works.
To engage with employees to know their work environment, faced problems, uplifting employee & supervisor relationship for the best productivity.
To share the HR support services to all employees, coordinate with HODs, In-charges, Group Leads for enhancing work accountability of the employees.
Work for employees’ motivational factors for performer employees’ retention and career development.
To ensure proper employee engagement activities throughout the company
To assist on HRIS development, HR initiatives and organizational development activities

Advance skill in Excel and Microsoft Office
