Key Responsibilities:
End-to-End Recruitment Management:
- Prepare job descriptions (JDs) and execute recruitment planning.
- Manage the recruitment process, from job listing to candidate screening, interviews, and contract negotiation.
HR Policy Management:
- Maintain, update, and enforce HR policies in compliance with company regulations.
- Ensure consistent application of policies across the organization.
Employee Performance Management:
- Develop and implement Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for employee performance evaluation.
- Coordinate employee training and development programs to enhance skills and competencies.
Attendance and Payroll Management:
- Oversee attendance tracking and ensure timely and accurate payroll processing.
- Address payroll-related issues and ensure compliance with statutory requirements.
Talent Networking and Acquisition:
- Build and maintain a network of talent pipelines for future recruitment needs.
- Participate in talent acquisition strategies, including job fairs, networking events, and partnerships.
Office Management:
- Oversee day-to-day office operations, ensuring a productive and efficient work environment.
- Manage office supplies, facilities, and vendor relationships.
Employee Relations and Engagement:
- Foster positive employee relations and address any employee concerns or grievances.
- Organize culture-building and organizational development activities to promote a healthy work environment.
Support to Management:
- Assist management with various HR-related tasks and projects.
- Provide HR insights and recommendations to support decision-making processes.
Qualifications:
- 5 years or more relevant HR experience with tech/digital/IT company
- End to end recruitment experience in the tech/digital industry for both tech and non tech roles
- Excellent offline and online networking skillsAble to draft employment agreement and policy documents
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Organizational and time management abilities
- Attention to detailAbility to maintain confidentiality
- Knowledge of labor laws and regulations in Bangladesh
