Feeding the sewing line according to OB

To Check Operation Bulletin (OB) and provide Line before layout.
Set Daily Line Target Accoding to Manpower & SMV
Doing Method study and educate to follow the best method to operators
Doing capacity study of individuals and fix their target after 3 days from the style starts
Co-ordination with Senior for Improvement Idea.
Measuring line lost hours due to various reasons in sewing floor
Solved bottleneck area by line balancing
Monitoring and Line balancing – Based on Capacity and WIP in the line
To help supervisors in line balancing during high operator absenteeism
New recruited operator assessment
Root Cause Analysis for Low Productivity
Reduce Operator Vs Helper Ratio
To Increase Efficiency Level
