Responsibilities & Context

• Layout paper provide to Floor Incharge/APM and discuss with them about styling.
• Feeding the sewing line according to OB
• Skill matrix update once in six month
• To Check Operation Bulletin (OB) and provide Line before layout.
• Set Daily Line Target Accoding to Manpower & SMV
• Doing Method study and educate to follow the best method to operators
• Doing capacity study of individuals and fix their target after 3 days from the style starts
• Co-ordination with Senior for Improvement Idea.
• Measuring line lost hours due to various reasons in sewing floor
• Solved bottleneck area by line balancing
• Monitoring and Line balancing – Based on Capacity and WIP in the line
• To help supervisors in line balancing during high operator absenteeism
• New recruited operator assessment
• Root Cause Analysis for Low Productivity
• Reduce Operator Vs Helper Ratio
• To Increase Efficiency Level
• New Process Development
• Reduce Changeover time
