Carryout and ensure the smooth handover of raw materials.
Negotiate with suppliers for the best quality, best price, and best service.
Gather Indents, quotations, collate to alternative sources, prepare comparative statement of all raw materials.
Perform weekly shipment planning by reviewing the material consumption statement.
Forecast and supply monthly demand of raw material quantities.
Collect freight quotations from Forwarders for Sea, Air, and by road.
Maintain relationship with local, national & international courier service provider.
Check, Process, and submit the customs duty payments, shipping, and port charges.
Release the consignment from the port yard.
Report to the management on Purchase Orders, Material updates, Shipment status, and contingencies.
Provide support in processing bills.
Attend and respond to customer enquiries.
Assist superiors to carry out their responsibilities as & when instructed
Coordinate with fellow peers and other department to work effectively.
