Responsibilities & Context

We are looking for some Operators of various various sections (Casting Furnace, Powder Coating, Press, Anodizing Crane & PLC) of Production Department for Aluminum Factory.

• Operate casting furnaces to melt aluminum and cast it into billets according to specifications and production schedules. Monitor furnace parameters, such as temperature, fuel flow, and metal composition, to ensure optimal performance.
• Operate powder coating equipment to apply protective and decorative coatings to aluminum profiles. Monitor coating parameters, such as powder flow, curing temperature, and coating thickness, to ensure optimal results & wooden finish with quality monitoring.
• Operate extrusion presses to produce aluminum profiles according to specifications and production schedules. Monitor press parameters, such as temperature, pressure, and speed, to ensure optimal performance.
• Operate overhead cranes to transport aluminum profiles, racks, and other materials within the anodizing section. Ensure safe and precise movement of materials, adhering to load limits and safety protocols. Monitor and operate PLC systems that control the anodizing process, including conveyor systems, chemical baths, and rinsing stations. Adjust PLC settings as needed to maintain optimal process parameters, such as timing, temperature, and chemical concentrations
