Responsibilities & Context
- Maintenance and Management of CCTV, PABX, ERP Software, Digital Attendances & Access control Device and other IT related equipment and other Electronic devices.
- Maintain security, backup and redundancy strategies for the IT related and safety measures of Office.
- Must have a clear knowledge of IP networks and data communication.
- Troubleshooting of the systems and network problems and diagnosing and solving hardware or software related problems.
- Installing and configuring, Managing, Monitoring, upgrading and maintaining ICT infrastructures.
- Must be ready to do give emergency support 24/7 when required by management.
- Implement/update different IT services & policies. Time to time analysis & upgrade new equipment, system & technology.
- Contact & work with different IT service providers/vendors for implement IT products solution, servicing, application software, website, server, internet, Wi-Fi, security solution, bulk sms, digital marketing etc.
- Any other activities assigned by the management from time to time.
