Responsibilities & Context

We are seeking talented and passionate Indian Chefs (Commis 1 & Commis 2) to join our dynamic kitchen team. The ideal candidates will have a strong foundation in traditional Indian cuisine, knowledge of regional cooking techniques, and a commitment to delivering exceptional culinary experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook a variety of Indian dishes according to established recipes and standards
• Assist senior chefs in daily kitchen operations
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen workspace
• Follow proper food handling, safety, and sanitation procedures
• Manage food inventory and minimize waste
• Learn and incorporate new techniques and recipes
• Ensure timely preparation of dishes during service
• Collaborate with team members to maintain smooth kitchen workflow
