Responsibilities & Context
Sales Operations & Lead Generation
Identify and qualify potential clients or sales leads through research and outreach.
Assist with the complete sales process from initial contact to client onboarding and order processing.
Maintain clear communication with clients via phone, email, and face-to-face meetings.
Update and manage customer records using the company’s database or CRM System.
Marketing Support & Campaigns
Assist in planning and executing promotional events, product launches, and field activations.
Coordinate with internal teams or design agencies to distribute branding materials, leaflets, and digital content.
Support social media activities and monitor online/offline marketing performance.
Market Research & Reporting
Conduct basic market research on competitor pricing, product offerings, and emerging trends.
Track daily or weekly commercial activities and help prepare performance reports for management.
Gather customer feedback and share insights with senior team members to improve services.
