Requirements

Education

• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Electrical & Electronic Engineering, Bachelor of Science (BSc), Master of Science (MSc)

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Automation, or related field

Experience

• At least 3 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
  Trading or Export/Import, Engineering Firms, Industrial Machineries (Generator, Diesel Engine etc.), Indenting

Additional Requirements

• Ability to work independently and deliver results within defined timelines
• Proven experience (3+ years preferred) in industrial automation, control systems, or related roles
• Expertise in PLC programming (e.g., Siemens, Mitsubishi, Allen-Bradley, Schneider, etc.)
• Experience with SCADA/HMI, DCS systems (e.g., Wonderware, WinCC, Ignition)
• Solid understanding of industrial communication protocols (Modbus, Profibus, Ethernet/IP, etc.)
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and project management skills

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of robotics, vision systems, or motion control
• Experience with Process data archiving and reporting, Audit trails, IIoT or Industry 4.0 integration
• Dot matrix Printer Integration with PLC
• Familiarity with AutoCAD or EPLAN for electrical schematics
• Ability to develop FDS, P&ID, SOPs, user manuals, and training guides

Responsibilities & Context

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced Industrial Automation Expert on a project basis to support the design, implementation, and optimization of automated systems and processes. This role involves working closely with our engineering and operations teams to deliver tailored automation solutions that enhance productivity, safety, and system efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement industrial automation systems, including PLCs, HMIs, SCADA, DCS, high-end IPCs and sensors
• Analyze existing workflows and recommend automation strategies to improve efficiency and reduce manual processes
• Select appropriate hardware, software, and control systems based on project requirements
• Program and configure automation components such as PLCs (Siemens, Mitsubishi, Allen-Bradley, etc.), VFDs, HMI panels and high-end IPCs
• Conduct system testing, troubleshooting, and optimization
• Ensure systems comply with safety, quality, and industry standards
• Provide documentation, training, and technical support to internal teams as required
• Collaborate with electrical and mechanical teams to integrate systems seamlessly
• Stay updated on emerging technologies in automation, robotics, and IIoT
