Responsibilities & Context
As a telesales representative, you will be responsible for generating sales leads, contacting potential customers, and persuading them to purchase products or services over the phone.
- You will use your communication and persuasion skills to meet sales targets and contribute to the company’s growth.
- Prospect and qualify leads through cold calling, email campaigns, and other outreach methods.
- Present products or services to potential customers over the phone in a compelling manner.
- Answer questions and address concerns to overcome objections and close sales.
- Follow up with leads to nurture relationships and maintain contact throughout the sales process.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and quotas on a monthly or quarterly basis.6. Document sales activities and update customer information in the sales database.
- Collaborate with sales team members and managers to optimize sales strategies and achieve team goals.
