Responsibilities & Context

1.    Attendance & Leave Management.

2.    Processing of payroll advice within stipulated time

3.    Maintaining payroll records

4.    Timely processing of employee benefits (bonus, leave encashment etc.)

5.    Follow-up timely disbursement of benefits

6.    Assist at Onboarding & Off boarding Activity.

7.    Completing paperwork, final settlement and coordination

8.    Personal File Management.
