Responsibilities & Context

Job Context: This position’s purpose is to assist in ensuring overall coordination of quality program implementation of all MACHs. Coordinate with all 3 hospitals in accordance with plans and ensure the coordination of periodic reviews of programmatic/technical achievements and progress indicators. This position requires frequent field visits and confidence in writing qualitative reports to the management.

Job Responsibilities:

• Ensure overall coordination of quality program implementation of all MACHs.
• Assist and coordinate, Support & arrange capacity building training of staff, of the health facilities·
• Facilitate to development of a strategy towards sustainability for all hospitals under Muslim Aid·
• Increased capacity of the identified health system and structures to deliver, promote, and monitor the overall health service process of the hospitals·
• Networking, linkage, and coordination with project staff including partner organizations, respective departments at district/ Upazila level, local government, WV Cluster/ Zonal & National office.
