Conducting regular risk assessments in comprehending compliance risk, scope, and importance.
Monitoring the compliance regulations and internal policies to guarantee alignment with relevant laws.
Providing compliance education to employees and highlighting the repercussions of non-compliance on the organization.
Documenting findings and liaising with management to address any identified issues.
Collaborating with management across departments to ensure compliance and investigate any irregularities.
Contributing to ongoing projects focused on enhancing social compliance best practices.
Conducting internal audit, CAP writing & submitting periodical reports to the management.
Review training modules, conduct awareness & training & report them properly.
Monitor & liaise the activities of PC & safety committee.
