โœ… Availability to Work USA Hours: Must be flexible with EST/PST shifts (Night Shift).

โœ… Knowledge of MCA: Prior experience in Merchant Cash Advance or

financial services is preferred.

Responsibilities & Context

Key Responsibilities:

๐Ÿ“ž Telemarketing & Communication:

  • Handle a high volume of outbound calls efficiently and professionally.
  • Follow structured communication scripts when discussing MCA products and funding options.
  • Identify customer needs, clarify financial details, and provide appropriate solutions.
  • Maintain a polite, positive, and professional approach on every call.

๐Ÿ’ฐ MCA Sales & Lead Management:

  • Reach out to business owners to explain Merchant Cash Advance services.
  • Qualify leads by understanding their funding needs and eligibility. Guide clients through the application process and required documentation.
  • Follow up with potential customers and assist in closing deals.

๐Ÿ” Problem-Solving & Customer Support:

  • Address customer queries, resolve issues, and provide accurate information.
  • Research and resolve complaints related to funding, payments, and account management.
  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by offering tailored solutions

๐Ÿ“Š Process Management & Reporting:

  • Maintain detailed records of interactions, customer data, and follow-ups.
  • Work with internal teams to expedite the funding process.
  • Prepare reports on call performance, customer feedback, and market insights.
