- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
โ Availability to Work USA Hours: Must be flexible with EST/PST shifts (Night Shift).
โ Knowledge of MCA: Prior experience in Merchant Cash Advance or
financial services is preferred.
Responsibilities & Context
Key Responsibilities:
๐ Telemarketing & Communication:
- Handle a high volume of outbound calls efficiently and professionally.
- Follow structured communication scripts when discussing MCA products and funding options.
- Identify customer needs, clarify financial details, and provide appropriate solutions.
- Maintain a polite, positive, and professional approach on every call.
๐ฐ MCA Sales & Lead Management:
- Reach out to business owners to explain Merchant Cash Advance services.
- Qualify leads by understanding their funding needs and eligibility. Guide clients through the application process and required documentation.
- Follow up with potential customers and assist in closing deals.
๐ Problem-Solving & Customer Support:
- Address customer queries, resolve issues, and provide accurate information.
- Research and resolve complaints related to funding, payments, and account management.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by offering tailored solutions
๐ Process Management & Reporting:
- Maintain detailed records of interactions, customer data, and follow-ups.
- Work with internal teams to expedite the funding process.
- Prepare reports on call performance, customer feedback, and market insights.
