Responsibilities & Context

• Assist with installation, configuration, and maintenance of physical and virtual servers.
• Monitor server health, performance, and troubleshoot issues.
• Support storage systems including NAS, DAS, and SAN.
• Help implement and test backup and disaster recovery solutions.
• Work with virtualization platforms like VMware, Hyper-V, and Proxmox
• Participate in hands-on training and shadow experienced engineers.
• Document configurations and assist in preparing technical reports.
• Contribute to performance analysis of servers, storage, and backup systems.
