Responsibilities & Context

We are looking for someone who will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our information technology department.

The person will also play a key role in developing and implementing IT System, as well as managing budgets and other resources.

• Install, maintain, troubleshoot, configure, assemble, and repair Hardware (Desktop/Laptop/Printer/Access Point/IP /XVR/IP Camera/Projector/Switch/Attendance device/IP Phone/Server).
• Troubleshooting and diagnosing network problems in router, switch and Firewall.
• Service and support to the applications (Office 365, Security software and Operating system).
• Provide service to network cabling and configuring.
• Perform any other job assigned by the superior from time to time. Any other duties assigned by the Management.
