Job Description
1. User PC troubleshooting and maintenance (Hardware and Software)
2. Knowledge of basic office application troubleshooting (outlook, word, excel, etc)
3. Knowledge of cabling and LAN troubleshooting
4. Expertise in resolving on-premises network-related issues and WIFI troubleshooting
5. Expertise in troubleshooting of projectors and printer
