(Education requirements are flexible if the candidate has extensive work experience in an IT Service Center).
At least 2 years of experience in an IT support or technical role.
Prior experience in an IT Service Center is preferred but not mandatory.
Knowledge of computer hardware components, including PCs, printers, UPS units, and projectors.
Hands-on experience with repairing and maintaining IT equipment.
Familiarity with operating systems such as Windows, Linux, and macOS.
Ability to follow instructions and work under supervision.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Good verbal and written communication skills.

Diagnosing and repairing hardware issues in PCs, printers, UPS units, projectors, IP telephones, CC cameras, NVRs, and other IT-related equipment.
Perform routine maintenance and basic troubleshooting of IT hardware.
Install, configure, and test IT hardware and peripherals under supervision.
Set up and maintain IT equipment for meetings, seminars, workshops, and other events.
Provide on-site technical support during events and handle basic IT-related tasks.
Record support requests, actions taken, and resolutions, ensuring proper documentation.
Maintain logs for equipment installations, repairs, and maintenance schedules.
Assist in maintaining inventory of IT equipment, spare parts, and tools.
Report any discrepancies in hardware condition or usage to the IT Supervisor.
Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless IT support operations.
Any other duties and responsibilities assigned by the University Management and respective departments from time to time.
