Candidates with 2+ years of experience in machine service, installation, commissioning or maintenance will be given preference.
INDUSTRY EXPERIENCE
Candidates with experience in Industrial Machinery, Plastic, Printing, Packaging, Beverage, Manufacturing or other Engineering sectors will be preferred.
Must have good knowledge of industrial machinery and machine servicing.
Hands-on experience in machine installation, commissioning, maintenance and troubleshooting will be preferred.
Candidates with 4+ years of machine service-related experience will be given preference.
Good communication and customer-handling skills.
Ability to diagnose technical problems and provide effective solutions.
Willingness to travel anywhere in Bangladesh for field service and customer visits.
Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
Must be responsible, disciplined, energetic and target-oriented.
Smart, confident and professional personality.
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
Minimum 3+ years of relevant experience
Strong technical knowledge and problem-solving ability
Practical experience in machine servicing & troubleshooting
Good communication and customer-handling skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Good knowledge of MS Office
Strong willingness to work in the field and travel when required
Responsible, disciplined and target-oriented

Responsibilities & Context
Handle industrial machinery sales & service activities
Visit customers, factories and industrial sites as required
Machine installation, commissioning and troubleshooting
Provide technical support and after-sales service to customers
Diagnose machine problems and provide effective solutions
Coordinate with customers, technical teams and suppliers
Prepare service reports and maintain proper documentation
Develop and maintain strong customer relationships
Support sales activities and identify new business opportunities
Achieve assigned sales and service targets
Travel to different locations in Bangladesh for official purposes
