Job Responsibilities

• Bridge between our parent Japanese company and the development team in Bangladesh

• Communicate with the management and members of our Japanese parent company to understand the requirements and report work progress and issues

• Convey the requirements to the development team in Bangladesh and make necessary managements to ensure that the requirements are met

• Make necessary managements to ensure quantity and quality of work

Requirements

• Must be able to communicate in Japanese language verbally and in written. N1 level Japanese language proficiency (we require practical ability, not the certification)

• Must have skills and experience in IT development and management, preferably in web development

Conditions

• Full-time work from home

• Work time: BD time 7 AM – 16 PM (Monday to Friday) with 1 hour break

• Weekly holidays: Saturday, Sunday

• Other holidays based on Bangladesh public holidays

• Those who are now in other job can also negotiate

• 親会社の管理職およびメンバーとコミュニケーションを取り、要件の把握や進捗報告、問題点の共有

• 要件をバングラデシュの開発チームに伝達し、要件が満たされるよう必要な管理を行う

• 作業の量と質を確保するための管理

応募条件

• 日本語での口頭および書面によるコミュニケーションが可能な方。N１相当の日本語力 ※資格は必須ではないが、相当の日本語力を求む

• IT開発およびマネジメントのスキルと経験がある方（特にウェブ開発が望ましい）

勤務条件

• フルタイム、在宅勤務

• 勤務時間：バングラデシュ時間 午前7時〜午後4時（月〜金曜日）、1時間の休憩あり

• 休日：土曜日・日曜日

• その他、バングラデシュの祝日に基づく休日
