Responsibilities & Context
- Clear understanding and detail about architectural building construction, interior design and authority approval drawing.·
- Knowledge of 3D Studio Max with V Ray.
- Prepare 3D design as per the instruction of the lead Architect.
- Creating realistic 3D models and working drawings by computer-aided design (Sketch-up, Auto CAD, 3D studio max, S-illustrator design.)
- Specification drawing, Interior design working drawing 2D format.·
- Understanding and preparing shop drawing.
- Clear understanding of site visit and status.
- Perform any other tasks assigned by the management·
- Sound Knowledge of modern interior Design & amp; Drawing.The visualizer must have a strong capability in Residence Design, Office Design, Restaurant Design, and Stage Design with full working drawings.
- Any other Design related duties assigned by Principal Architect or management.
- Regular Site visits to follow up on ongoing projects. Perform other duties as assigned by the superiors.Meet deadlines and work well under pressure
