Responsibilities & Context
- Manage social media communities, ensuring active engagement and responsiveness.
- Handle customer queries and ensure effective communication across various channels.
- Manage customer complaints and communicate resolutions promptly.
- Confirm orders and ensure customers are informed throughout the process.
- Schedule daily social media posts and update the content tracker regularly.
- Communicate customer feedback to relevant teams for continuous improvement.
- Monitor stock levels and inventory records to ensure product availability.
- Coordinate with customer and logistics partners to ensure timely delivery of orders and forward to concerning issues to the designated person.
- Analyze customer interaction data and generate monthly reports for CRM improvements.
