Requirements

Education

  • Bachelor/Honors degree in relevant discipline.
  • Certification on HubSpot CRM, salesforce or similar software is a plus.

Experience

  • At least 2 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
    Group of Companies

Additional Requirements

  • At least 2 years experience in customer relationship management.
  • Experience in the BPO industry will get preference.
  • Good oral communication skills. Proficiency in English.
  • Good listening and analytical skills.
  • Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types.
  • Willingness to work in any shift/ roster/ remote environment.

Responsibilities & Context

  • Manage social media communities, ensuring active engagement and responsiveness.
  • Handle customer queries and ensure effective communication across various channels.
  • Manage customer complaints and communicate resolutions promptly.
  • Confirm orders and ensure customers are informed throughout the process.
  • Schedule daily social media posts and update the content tracker regularly.
  • Communicate customer feedback to relevant teams for continuous improvement.
  • Monitor stock levels and inventory records to ensure product availability.
  • Coordinate with customer and logistics partners to ensure timely delivery of orders and forward to concerning issues to the designated person.
  • Analyze customer interaction data and generate monthly reports for CRM improvements.
