Responsibilities & Context

Reputed textile industries is hiring Jr. Executive/ Executive for Textile Laboratory (Color & Testing) department. Applicants having relevant experience are encouraged to apply.

Job Responsibilities: Below are the job responsibilities for Color lab & Testing lab:

Color Lab:

• Swatch receive from buyer, entry data in ERP system.
• Combination selection as per buyer quality requirement, sound knowledge of spectrophotometer.
• Oversee dyeing process including color matching, formulation to ensure accurate and consistent results.
• Troubleshoot dyeing issues, analyze process data and implement to optimize efficiency and quality.
• Lead and mentor laboratory technicians providing guidance, training and support as needed.
• Dyes test and chemical test as per SOP.
• Maintain accurate records of dyeing processes and prepare reports for management review.
• Should have sound knowledge about dyes stuff and chemical
• Any other responsibilities assign by the superiors.

Testing Lab:

• Responsible for all supervision of testing activity.
• Monitoring all kind of Color Fastness, Physical and Safety Test as per buyer’s method (JIS/ISO/AATCC)
• Review/check the internal worksheet with samples according to methods.
• Check the accuracy label of authorized machines and notice to the concern in-charge in case of any results dribbling.
• Ensure the required environmental conditions are maintained properly.
• Ensure the stock of consumable items maintained properly.
• Acknowledge to the in-charge when any equipment needs calibration.
• Receiving & recording all complaints, identify causes and take corrective action.
• Any other related job as assigned by the management time to time.
