Responsibilities & Context
- Must be pro-active; disciplined; program oriented; target oriented; fruitful & visible achievement is a must.
- Having Sound Procurement experience in Real Estate sector like – Cement, Sand, Stone Chips, Aggregate, Admixture, Lubricant & Mechanical etc.
- Having smart capable power to negotiate with various suppliers.
- Ensure uninterrupted & timely supply of materials to meet concern Projects operation department as requirements.
- Ensure best quality of materials with economical rates within the budget.
- Ensure quality/standards of all raw materials as per specifications.
- Ensure to check the actual/competitive price of different goods and materials by visiting the market frequently. Daily/Weekly/Monthly analytical report to the management.
