  Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM), Group of Companies, Animal/Plant Breeding

• Must be willing to work and travel extensively in Khulna and Rangpur divisions.
• Basic understanding of aquaculture or fish breeding practices.
• Ability to work independently and meet targets.
• Proficient in MS Office tools.

Responsibilities & Context

Quality Aqua Breeds Limited, a sister concern of Quality Feeds Limited, is seeking dynamic and motivated professionals for the position of Jr. Officer / Officer – Market Extension. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 6 years of experience in market development, client engagement, and field-level operations related to aquaculture or agro-based products.

• Identify and expand potential markets for aqua-breed products.
• Visit dealer points, farms, and markets in the assigned region.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with farmers and dealers.
• Provide technical support and product knowledge to end users.
• Collect market intelligence and competitor analysis.
• Prepare regular reports and updates for the management team.
