- Experience in fintech, digital financial services, EMI, BNPL, payments, or merchant acquisition.
- Experience working with distributors, retailers, dealers, or channel partners.
- Knowledge of Bangladesh market dynamics and business expansion strategies.
- Experience in field operations and market expansion projects.
Responsibilities & Context
- Identify and develop new business opportunities, markets, and strategic partnerships.
- Expand and manage merchant, distributor, and channel partner networks.
- Conduct market surveys and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
- Develop and execute market expansion strategies to achieve business targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with merchants, distributors, and key stakeholders.
- Coordinate with sales, operations, and product teams to ensure successful market execution.
- Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
- Prepare business reports, presentations, and market analysis for management.
- Support the launch of new products, services, and business initiatives.
- Visit markets, partner locations, and business hubs as required.
- Perform any other duties assigned by management.
