Proven experience in marketing or a related field.
A clear understanding of the products and its application.
Knowledge of Marketing related business practices, including advertising, market research technology and budgeting.
Ability to work independently and lead the team.
He/She will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing and sales strategies that increase revenue, drive business growth, and enhance the companies brand reputation.
Have to achieve prefixed target monthly/ quarterly/ half yearly/ yearly.
Regular follow-up with existing/ potential clients.
To plan & ensure high product visibility in the market and minimize market gap.
To manage sales personnel in a professional way and be responsible for the sales teams activities.
Arranging marketing development programs to boost up relations and sales.
Time management and organization skills for planning and executing both large and small marketing projects and initiatives.
Analytical & problem solving skills for coming up with ideas to increase demand for products and services.

Good at Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel

Good communication skills

Must be proficient in communication in both English and Bengali languages.

Should have capability to work under pressure
