Responsibilities & Context

• Analyze raw materials, packing, in-process, bulk and finished goods for quality and compliance.
• Prepare different microbiological culture media to conduct all microbial tests.
• To perform environmental monitoring and water analysis.
• Assist in trials, validations and tests for operational excellence projects.
• Collect sample from manufacturing area.
• Perform microbial analysis of raw material and finished products.
• Collaborate with teams and prepare different reports for management.
• Maintain all laboratory records.
