Responsibilities & Context
- Analyze raw materials, packing, in-process, bulk and finished goods for quality and compliance.
- Prepare different microbiological culture media to conduct all microbial tests.
- To perform environmental monitoring and water analysis.
- Assist in trials, validations and tests for operational excellence projects.
- Collect sample from manufacturing area.
- Perform microbial analysis of raw material and finished products.
- Collaborate with teams and prepare different reports for management.
- Maintain all laboratory records.
