- Machine error need to understand & ability to solve
- Need to achieve hourly production target
- Need to know basic parts of the machine
- Ability to identify the correct name of the goods
- Need to know how to measure the garment
- Can get the preventive action to avoid major machine breakdown
- Need to know needle, sinker change correct way
- Should have knowledge about goods quality
- To maintain 5Sv Punctuality
