Responsibilities & Context

The School is seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to join our leadership team as a Junior Section Coordinator. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring a smooth operation and administrative functions across the School.

Job responsibilities:

• Promote high standards in all aspects of school life, particularly in student progress.

• Perform all duties in a professional and timely manner.

• Develop and implement innovative instructional strategies and curricula.

• Review and update the curriculum for relevant trends and educational standards.

• Monitor and handle student progress and academic performance.

• Ability to accurately screen students during admission process.

• Assist with the implementation of the First-Alert program (students on warning, probation).

• Safeguarding and promoting the welfare of the students.

• Liaise with peers and academic personnel to ensure smooth operations.
