- Good knowledge of reporting and business correspondence.
Responsibilities & Context
A leading ISP is looking for a young, energetic, and honest Key Account Manager to manage and develop corporate client relationships.
The ideal candidate should possess strong communication and negotiation skills, along with a personal motorcycle and a valid driving license.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure timely and smooth collection of payments from corporate clients.
- Conduct regular visits to corporate clients to maintain strong business relationships.
- Identify opportunities for business growth and client retention.
- Prepare and submit regular performance, collection, and client visit reports.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure excellent service delivery to key accounts.
