Responsibilities & Context
Main Responsibilities:
- Supervise children while they play to make sure they are safe.
- Help kids use play items like ocean balls, sandpit, trampolines, arcade and creative zones.
- Greet children and parents with a smile and guide them kindly.
- Keep the play area clean and organized.
- Report any problems (like broken toys or injured kids) to the supervisor.
- Follow safety rules and make sure kids do the same.
- Must have good communication skills, be able to speak clearly on a microphone, and help arrange and manage kids’ events confidently.
- Support other team members when needed.
