Responsibilities & Context

• Responsible to build relationship approach to the prospective customers.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and build customer loyalty.
• Any other duties as assigned by the management from time to time.
• Demonstrate sound product knowledge to support customers effectively.
• Maintain attractive and organized product displays.
• Ensure a clean, welcoming, and visually appealing outlet environment.
• Record daily sales activities and maintain logs.
• Address customer feedback and resolve complaints promptly.
• Ensure strict adherence to company policies and safety protocols.
• Assist in managing team conduct and follow disciplinary procedures as required.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support company objectives
