Requirements

Education

• HSC

• Minimum HSC with following diplomas:
• 02 yrs Diploma in Hotel Management
• 01 yr Diploma in Food & Beverage (Production and Service)
• National Certification Course in Food & Beverage (Production and Service)

Experience

• At least 5 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
  Food (Packaged)/Beverage, Group of Companies

Additional Requirements

• Age at least 18 years

• Responsible for smooth functioning of the Kitchen
• Keeping the staff moral and motivation high should be on the top of the priority list for Supervisors
• Communication with the back-end operations like HR, Operations, Supply Chain, Warehouse, ISIT and Finance are also considered as very important parameters for performance evaluation
• Must be good in computer operation
• Minimum 5 years similar experience in FnB Operation

Responsibilities & Context

• Planning menus
• Making sure food is of the right quality and price and is produced on time
• Controlling a budget and keeping accurate records
• Managing health and hygiene procedures
• To supervise staff members of the kitchen
• To run the operation smoothly in line with sop
• Maintain proper inventory and keeping records
• Arrange and manage various events, food supply
• Make sure the quality of Foods, upgrades menu
