1. Reporting activities to the Manager daily basis.

2. Sampling of RM, PM & FG followed by quality protocol.

3. To test assigned material & product as per standard testing procedure.

4. Clean and maintain the work area and all lab equipment and Chemicals.

5. The different samples received by the laboratory must be accurately tested within the specified time frame.

6. Have to reserve good knowledge to inspect Soap & Detergent production based on potential issues.

7. Maintain Standard of process & Personal Protective Equipment.

8. To maintain proper online inspection to ensure that all the products are meet quality standards.

9. To check every production and quality issue being encountered each day & Cooperation with the Operator and labor.

10. Daily keep the retention sample and KPI record of the product.
