Experience

• At least 3 years

  Garments, Textile, Dyeing Factory

Responsibilities & Context

Regularly test and analyse dyed fabrics and materials to ensure quality standards.

Perform colour matching and shade assessment to meet customer and production specifications.

Monitor the dyeing process and adjust chemical formulations to achieve the desired results.

Record and analyze test data, prepare detailed reports, and communicate findings to the production team.

Inspect incoming dyes, chemicals, and fabrics for quality assurance.

Collaborate with production and quality control teams to identify and resolve dyeing issues.

Maintain laboratory equipment and ensure that it is calibrated and functioning correctly.

Ensure compliance with the laboratory’s health, safety, and environmental regulations.

Continuously review and improve dyeing and testing procedures to increase efficiency and quality.
