Responsibilities & Context
- Analysis of raw materials, packaging materials, bulk & finished products and prepare the report accordingly.
- Monitoring of manufacturing process and dispensing of materials to assure quality.
- Verification of cleaning of machine and manufacturing area. Prepare reagent and standardization for the test as per GMP.
- Ensure proper safeguard of the chemicals and apparatus used in the laboratory.
- Compile and record data for documentation by considering testing and reports preparation.
- Reagent preparation and necessary Standardization as per GLP/Procedure.
- Monitoring of Hygiene & Sanitation at different area of Production Floor/RM-PM Store/FG Store.
- Checking of Raw Material quality during RM Store to production disperse.
- On-line In-process product monitoring as per Process Instruction (PI) & reporting as per checklist.
