Requirements

Education

• LL.B / LL.M from any reputed Public/Private University having Bar council enrollment certificate.

Additional Requirements

• Age at most 40 years

• Experience & Skills: Must have 5 years of working experience in the related field with following expertise-
• To follow up all suits/writs pending before the Judge Court / High Court both in Civil and Criminal nature and to attend those cases as and when required.
• Prepare up to date case status report and submit to the management on regular basis.
• Ensure proper coordination and liaison with outside legal Counsels, Panel lawyers, Court Officials to protect the interest of the company.
• The educational qualifications and age limit may be relaxed for highly experienced personnel.
