Required Qualifications:

  • 7+ years in real estate lead generation, seller outreach, and cold calling.
  • Proven ability to find motivated sellers, especially in wholesaling, house flipping, or direct-to-seller marketing.
  • Deep knowledge of lead tools like BatchLeads, PropStream, REI Reply, FreedomSoft, CallRail, Google Sheets.
  • Comfortable working with large datasets, running skip tracing and list filtering.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Preferred Qualifications (Bonus):
  • Experience working with real estate investors or brokerage teams.
  • Familiarity with U.S. real estate markets, property valuation, and acquisition processes.
  • Can bring their own tech stack or suggestions to improve current setup.
  • Familiar with tools like RingCentral, Slack, Trello, or internal ticketing systems.
  • Bilingual (especially English + Spanish) is highly desirable.

Real Estate Seller Lead Generation & Cold Calling Expert on US Based

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly experienced Real Estate Seller Lead Generation & Cold Calling Expert with a deep understanding of real estate lead pipelines, outbound prospecting, and full-scale platform development. This role demands a hands-on executor who can source both on-market and off-market property leads, create automated sales workflows, and drive consistent seller engagement and conversions.

The ideal candidate is a tech-savvy lead generation machine who can build, run, and scale a real estate lead engine from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities:

Cold Calling & Seller Qualification

  • Execute daily cold calls using auto-dialers or manual methods to contact property owners.
  • Use custom scripts, advanced rapport-building, and proven follow-up strategies to convert leads.
  • Set and confirm qualified appointments for acquisition or sales agents.
  • Handle objections and rejections professionally while maintaining high call volume.

On-Market & Off-Market Lead Sourcing

  • Build segmented lists using data from MLS, Zillow, county records, pre-foreclosure notices, absentee owners, inherited properties, expired listings, tax liens, and code violations.
  • Use skip tracing tools (e.g., BatchSkipTracing, REIRail, WhitePages Pro) to find phone numbers, emails, and mailing addresses.
  • Manage and optimize lead lists with list stacking strategies to identify high-value opportunities.

CRM Setup & Lead Management

  • Design and manage CRM pipelines using Podio, Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce, or others.
  • Create custom stages, tags, and automation triggers to move leads through cold to warm stages.
  • Integrate calling, SMS, email, and task reminders for lead nurturing workflows.
  • Track follow-ups and ensure no lead falls through the cracks.

Platform Development & Automation

  • Build an end-to-end seller lead engine with tools such as:
  • Mojo Dialer, REI Reply, CallTools, Follow Up Boss, GoHighLevel, InvestorFuse.
  • Sales funnel software like ClickFunnels, Leadpages, or Kartra.
  • Implement email drip campaigns, SMS follow-ups, voicemail drops, and ringless voicemail (RVM) campaigns.
  • Configure Zapier integrations to automate multi-tool communication.

Sales Funnel & Conversion Strategy

  • Create a lead-to-deal flow: from first cold touch to signed contract.
  • Develop seller-focused landing pages that drive conversions and capture intent.
  • Conduct A/B testing of scripts, call times, outreach channels, and lead sources to maximize ROI.

Reporting & Performance Tracking

  • Deliver weekly reports on lead KPIs: call-to-contact ratio, appointment rate, conversion percentage, deal close rate, etc.
  • Identify bottlenecks and refine processes to improve efficiency and scalability.
