Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of experience in lead generation, preferably in a BPO environment.
Proven experience in dealing with foreign clients and understanding international market dynamics.
Strong knowledge of lead generation tools and CRM software.
Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Identify and generate new business leads through various channels such as social media, email campaigns, and networking.
Develop and maintain a pipeline of potential clients, focusing on international markets.
Research and analyze market trends to identify potential business opportunities.
Work closely with the sales team to ensure leads are effectively followed up and converted.
Utilize CRM tools to track and manage leads and ensure accurate reporting.
Build and maintain relationships with prospective clients, ensuring consistent communication and follow-up.
Participate in strategy meetings to align lead generation activities with overall company goals.
